PSA/US2473, a Canadair Regional Jet, operated between CLT and MEM on November 27, 2007. During decent the flight encountered a flock of birds sustaining bird ingestion to both engines, a cracked nose panel, damage to the right wing root and left horizontal stabilizer, and left engine anti-ice cowling.
