This video is presumably of the Airbus A340 rejected takeoff (RTO) certification. It's a graphic reminder of how maximum brake temperatures are reached 5-15 minutes after the rejection. Watch the reject maneuver, then scrub forward to about the 5 minute mark to see the thermal fuse plugs melt.                |
