Hourly Rate Overnight $38/flight hour Caravan; $60 per night KENMORE AIR EXPRESS F/O PAY SCALE FOs are required to fly a minimum of 25 hours per calendar month on dates that they provide to dispatch. Once an FO has flown 25 hours, each additional hour beyond the 25 that is required will be paid at a rate of $20/flight hour.
