The Performance Bonus Plan has changed for 2007. For 2007 there will be a A+14 bonus (on time arrivals + 14 mins) and also now a controllable bonus. If one of the two targets is met for the month pilots are paid $50. If both targets are met, $75. The bonuses are paid out quarterly.

$5 additional to per diem (which is $1.70/hr on duty) for every international overnight.
