• US Airline Pilots Association (USAPA) has been voted in as pilots' new union, replacing ALPA
• 5,238 eligible pilot voters; 2,723 voted for the USAPA, 2,254 voted for ALPA
• West pilots ratified A330 side letter of agreeement to fly A330s under same rules as the East now flies them
• NMB has authorized an election to be held by US Airways pilots to vote for representation by ALPA or the new USAPA
• The group that receives 50% +1 of the votes cast wins
• Scheduled to have all 25 EMB190s by October
• Arbitrator has made decision on merged seniority list; however, list is not effective until completion of a joint contract
• Contractual profit sharing; 36% of the pool allocated to all pilots (east & west) on an annual basis

• All "East" furloughed pilots were put behind the most junior AWA pilot
• E190 deliveries: 25 firm, 32 options
