- Schedule: 50-70 hrs per month
- Upgrade time to turbine (Be99) position is approx. 5 months-- depending on the base and bid list can be less
- Typical day is about 3-4 hrs of flying; M-F; pilots stay at the layover during the day
- 7% annual retention bonus for 2nd year and beyond for BE99CA/EMB120FO/LEARFO
- 5% retention bonus for 1st year type rated captains (requires additional year commitment)
- 10% annual retention bonus for type rated captains 2nd year and beyond
- Lear FO pay on the passenger charter side is now an individually negotiated salary of
- 34-43K/yr, depending on qualifications
- Majority of company's business is cargo, but two pax Lears and a King Air engage in on-demand pax charters
- Largest Part 135 cargo airline in the US
- 500+ daily departures
- Of about 190 aircraft, 41 are piston powered
